Getting started
Create an account, add your restaurant details, then build your first menu. Once a menu is ready, create table QR codes and place them where guests can scan.
Create your restaurant profile
Add your restaurant name, description, address, phone, website, logo, brand colors, and social links. These details appear on your public menu.
Create table QR codes
Choose a menu, enter table numbers or ranges, and MenuBeacon generates a QR code for each table. Table codes help analytics show where scans happen.
Download QR codes
Open your dashboard or menu tools to download QR assets for printing, signs, stickers, or table tents.
Use the table card PDF download
The table card PDF creates print-ready cards with multiple table QR codes per page. Choose paper size, instruction text, and logo options.
Scan analytics
Analytics show total scans, recent scans, tables, device details, and trends. IP addresses are anonymized by default.
Weekly email digests
Every Monday, active restaurant owners can receive a summary of last week: scans, busiest day, peak hour, most scanned table, top menu items, and unavailable items.
Guest feedback
Guests can give anonymous thumbs up or down on menu items. The dashboard summarizes which items are getting strong or weak reactions.
Allergen filters
Guests can filter the menu by dietary preferences and allergens so they can quickly find suitable items.
Google Reviews link
Paste your Google review URL in restaurant settings. Guests can be prompted to leave a review from the public menu.
Billing and subscriptions
Billing is handled through Stripe. Free covers menus, ordering, and the kitchen dashboard; Pro ($20/month) adds card payments, loyalty, reservations, staff accounts, integrations, and white-label. Cancel anytime from the billing portal.
Take orders at the table
On every plan, enable ordering so guests can add items to a cart and send the order to your kitchen. Orders appear on your dashboard in real time; on Free, guests pay cash or at the counter and staff mark the order paid.

View incoming orders and move them through preparing, ready, and served. Waiter calls and bill requests appear here too.
Accept payments
On Pro, connect Stripe so guests can pay at the table with Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card, add a tip, and split the bill. Standard Stripe processing fees apply; MenuBeacon takes no commission.
Loyalty stamp cards
Set how many stamps earn a reward, and guests collect stamps as they order. Available on Pro.
Manage staff accounts
On Pro, invite up to 20 staff members with their own logins and PINs to manage orders without full account access.
Manage multiple restaurants
On Pro, group several restaurants under one account and switch between them from the dashboard.
Integrations
Developers can use webhooks to receive order, payment, and rating events, and embed your live menu on any website with the embeddable widget. Available on Pro.

FAQs
Do guests need an app?
No. Guests scan with their phone camera and the menu opens in the browser.
Can I update menus after printing QR codes?
Yes. QR codes stay the same while your menu content changes online.
Can guests order and pay from the table?
Ordering works on every plan; guests pay cash or at the counter on Free, or by card at the table on Pro (standard Stripe fees apply).
Can I hide sold-out items?
Yes. Mark the item unavailable and re-enable it later.
Can I see which table scanned?
Yes, when you use table-specific QR codes.
