What size should I print a menu QR code?
At least 3 cm (1.2 in) wide for a table tent scanned from arm's length, and 10 cm or more for a window or wall poster scanned from a distance.
Can I change the menu after printing the QR code?
Only if the link points to something you can update — a web page or a MenuBeacon menu. A QR code pointing to a PDF will keep opening that PDF.
Should I use a light or dark QR code?
Dark modules on a light background scan most reliably. Keep the contrast high and avoid placing the code on busy photos.
