Keep each location visible and the group measurable

Run MenuBeacon at multiple owned restaurants, organize them into a group, and review combined order and revenue totals with a per-location breakdown.

Group management is a Pro capability for eligible owners with multiple restaurants. Availability depends on the selected country edition, and location menus and operations remain distinct.

Group organization

Assign owned restaurant records to a named group.

Combined performance

Review total group orders and revenue.

Location detail

Inspect the per-restaurant breakdown behind the total.

A group total is useful only when you can still see the venues inside it

MenuBeacon gives an owner an aggregate view and location breakdown without implying that every menu, inventory count, staff record, or loyalty program is centrally synchronized.

A practical reporting layer for owned locations

Create and name restaurant groups, assign accessible locations, and compare orders and revenue across the group.

How it works

Grow the reporting view with the estate

Each location operates as a restaurant; the group provides owner-level roll-up.

  1. 1

    Set up each restaurant

Configure the local menu and restaurant workflows for each venue.

  2. 2

    Create the group

Name the group in the owner account.

  3. 3

    Assign locations

Add the restaurants that belong in the reporting view.

  4. 4

    Compare results

Review combined orders and revenue, then drill into the location breakdown.

Group-level scope

Use the feature for organization and commercial reporting.

  • Group create, rename, and delete
  • Restaurant assignment
  • Combined orders/revenue and venue breakdown

Local scope remains local

Plan operating standards without assuming unsupported synchronization.

  • No automatic central menu publishing
  • No shared inventory or staffing promise
  • No cross-location loyalty promise

Use it where it removes a real handoff

  • Independent groups with several owned venues
  • Operators comparing location results
  • Teams that need local menus plus owner reporting
