MenuBeacon product

A QR menu you can change without reprinting

Give every table a fast, branded menu that opens in the phone browser. Update dishes, prices, availability, dietary details, and schedules from one dashboard.

Digital menus, menu images, branding, and up to 20 table QR codes are included on Free. Menu edits normally keep the same printed code.

Browser based

The menu opens on modern iPhone and Android browsers without an app-store step.

Live edits

Change prices, descriptions, stock, and item visibility from the dashboard.

Made for your brand

Add your logo, colors, item photography, and styled table QR codes.

Printed menus make every small change expensive

A sold-out dish, a new lunch price, or one allergen correction should not trigger a print run. MenuBeacon connects each table QR to a live menu, so the restaurant controls what guests see now.

One scan, a current menu, no guest download

Guests use the camera already on their phone. The menu can show sections, images, descriptions, calories, allergens, dietary tags, availability, and restaurant-entered translations.

How it works

From menu draft to table scan

Start with the menu you have, then improve it without changing the guest journey.

  1. 1

    Build or import

Create sections and items manually, import a CSV, or use Pro AI import to extract a reviewable draft from a supported image or PDF.

  2. 2

    Style and check

Add your logo, colors, images, dietary tags, allergens, availability, and menu schedule.

  3. 3

    Create table codes

Generate table-specific QR codes and download print-ready PNG or PDF assets.

  4. 4

    Edit whenever needed

Update the connected menu while the code on the table continues to open it.

Useful information, not a PDF pinch-and-zoom

Guests can move through structured sections and read item details on a small screen.

  • Dietary and allergen labels
  • Per-item availability and service hours
  • Restaurant-entered menu translations

QR controls for real dining rooms

Create codes for individual tables and control how the printed asset looks.

  • Table-specific ordering context
  • Color, gradient, frame, and logo options
  • Pause or rotate a code when operations require it

Use it where it removes a real handoff

  • Replace laminated and PDF menus
  • Run breakfast, lunch, or seasonal menus on a schedule
  • Show sold-out items accurately during service
