Use QR menus for hotel dining and room labels

Place branded menus at restaurant tables or use room-named QR labels to carry menu and order context into one kitchen workflow—without claiming a hotel PMS integration.

MenuBeacon supports generic table and room labels. PMS posting, room-charge settlement, minibar management, and hotel-specific guest identity integrations are not included.

Venue-specific QR labels

Create codes with table, lounge, or room-oriented labels.

Entered translations

Store restaurant-provided menu translations for international guests.

One kitchen view

Receive labelled orders on the same browser-based board.

Hotel dining crosses more than one service setting

A guest may order in the restaurant, from a lounge, or using a code labelled for a room. MenuBeacon can keep the visible menu and destination label with the order.

A flexible label, menu, and kitchen path

Use table records for the service locations you manage, then route orders to the browser kitchen board. Hotel system integration remains outside the current promise.

How it works

Use the standard restaurant workflow in the hotel spaces where it fits.

Generate QR codes for restaurant tables, lounge areas, or room-oriented records.

  3. 3

The kitchen sees the order with its configured location label.

Staff move the ticket through preparation and service completion.
