MenuBeacon product

Let each table order when it is ready

Guests scan, choose items and modifiers, and send an order from the table. Later rounds can stay on the same running table session while staff follow every order.

Table ordering, waiter calls, bill requests, and the kitchen dashboard are included on Free. Online card payment is Pro and available only in supported markets.

Table-aware scans

Each code can identify the table before the guest starts an order.

Later rounds

Guests can add more items to the same active table session.

Service requests

Waiter-call and bill-request alerts give the floor a clear queue.

Ready guests should not have to find a server

When a table is ready to order, add a round, or ask for the bill, the request can move immediately instead of waiting for the next visit to the table.

More control for guests, clear context for staff

A table-specific scan carries the dining context into the order. The kitchen receives the order, and the floor can see waiter calls and bill requests without replacing human hospitality.

How it works

A shorter path from appetite to kitchen

MenuBeacon keeps the table, order, and service status connected.

  1. 1

    Scan the table code

The menu opens in the browser with the table already identified.

  2. 2

    Choose and customize

Guests select items and available modifiers, then review the basket.

  3. 3

    Send the order

The order enters the restaurant workflow and appears on the live kitchen board.

  4. 4

    Continue the table session

The table can add another round, call a waiter, or request the bill.

Designed for dine-in flow

Table sessions keep later orders and service requests attached to the right table.

  • Guest count and active-table controls
  • Modifiers and order notes
  • Cash or pay-at-counter closing by staff

Live without pretending the internet never fails

Order updates use a live stream with a polling fallback. Signed-in staff have limited offline cash continuity.

  • Live status updates with fallback
  • Kitchen sound notifications
  • Offline mode excludes delivery and new sign-ins

Use it where it removes a real handoff

  • Reduce ordering queues during a rush
  • Support extra drink or dessert rounds
  • Keep waiter calls and bill requests visible
